For those who are interested in seeing exactly where we'll be going, here's a map of our travels. We'll be in Istanbul for about 9 days and then taking an overnight train to Ankara. After we visit some of the historical places in Ankara we will go to Konya (home of Rumi) and then Cappadocia before returning to Ankara and flying home.

Welcome to the blog for the LSU Honors Going Global class for 2009. If you've happened upon this site accidentally, you're welcome to browse, but we're writing mostly for our family and friends and the LSU campus community.
